Questions

Are all rental costs the same whether it is a wedding or other event?

No. Weddings and privately hosted events are priced differently than not for profit events such as group sales or fundraising events.

Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?

Absolutely. This space was designed with groups of up to 80 guests in mind. 

Can I have my ceremony at Gather and is there a fee?

Yes! Both our indoor & outdoor space can seat up to 80 guests. There is no extra fee to have your ceremony at Gather.

How do I secure my event date for the space I want?

Reach out to one of our amazing event coordinators for a contract!  A non-refundable deposit (1/3 of the venue fee) is required as well as a signed contract to secure your event. 

Are tables and chairs provided?

Yes. We have ten (10) 60" round tables which seat 8 people. We have enough tables and chairs to seat 80 indoor or outdoor. Linens are an additional charge.

Do you have an outdoor space?

Yes! Our outdoor space is included for peak season events to host your ceremony and/or cocktail hour. Non-peak season events have it available for an additional cost.

What is your capacity?

80 guests.

Do you have a food and beverage minimum?

No. Gather is an event space and has no on-site catering fee minimum requirements. The village has specific catering requirements we all need to comply with, so please ask for a list of our preferred caterers and catering requirements. 

Can I provide my own alcohol?

No. All beverage service must be handled by a licensed and Insured alcohol caterer who is permitted by the village to serve. We have a great one we recommend.

Are there any decorating restrictions?

Yes. Decorations may not be stapled, nailed, glued, or taped to any surfaces. No glitter, confetti, birdseed, rice or similar is allowed. No fireworks or sparklers are allowed. Candles are not allowed – flameless candles must be used and can be added to any rental. No amplified music is allowed outdoors or directed outside by propping open doors.

Do you have any vendor restrictions?

Yes, all vendors must be approved in advance by management. The venue coordinator will be present during your event day to make sure the rules and regulations are followed. As a reminder, this is an event space and we do not have on-site staff for things like serving, catering, trash removal, etc. We ask that you coordinate and work with our venue coordinator to cover all of the details of your day.
