​Catering
Catering must be provided by a licensed, insured caterer or restaurant of your choosing. The caterer is responsible for sending at least two staff members for set-up, serving, and clean-up of the venue at the end of the event, or the couple can hire one of the two approved service companies. The couple or the caterer must provide chafing dishes, sterno, serving utensils, trays, cups, plates, napkins (if not rented through us), silverware, etc.
